Small Group Training
Similar to seeing me for one-on-one training, I work with groups of up to 5 individuals to create fun and creative exercise sessions that cater to the desired pace of the group while also taking into account each participant’s individual needs or special circumstances (like past or ongoing injuries or orthopedic concerns).
You and your buddy do no need to be at the same fitness level to work out together with me, so please do not let that be a concern for you. You can have different focuses and goals and still do your sessions together. Leave all that planning to me!
Sessions are available remotely or in person.
I design workout programs to fit every client’s goals, while taking into account injuries and aches and pains. My workouts are safe, effective and uniquely tailor to each person’s needs.
